#IndyKeepsCreating
About the exhibition
Continuing the creative spirit of SWISH, over 100 visual and literary/poetry artworks were installed on empty storefronts and vacant spaces to create welcoming spaces throughout Marion County. #IndyKeepsCreating is an initiative launched by the City of Indianapolis and the Arts Council of Indianapolis to support the Indianapolis artistic community while welcoming back residents and visitors to cultural activities across Marion County. This initiative is possible through the federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding and approved by the Indianapolis City-County Council.
The sidewalk galleries were project managed by 60 on Center including artwork and location selection, artist liaison, artwork production and installation.
This exhibition is a collaboration between Indy Arts Council and 60 on Center.
